We are excited to announce the opening of our newest VitalSkin practice in Urbana, IL – VitalSkin Dermatology of Champaign-Urbana, with Dr. Jeremy Youse and his team. This full-service, state-of-the-art practice is our fourth practice in central Illinois, along with our other Mattoon and Decatur locations. The Champaign-Urbana practice is also right next to our VitalSkin Support Office.
“Along with our Mattoon and Decatur locations, I’m excited to once again serve the skin care needs of Champaign-Urbana, IL and the surrounding communities.” Dr. Youse said. “I previously practiced here for many years and I look forward to helping area patients once again with customized medical and cosmetic skin care.”
The Champaign-Urbana practice will offer cosmetic services such as Juvederm®, Botox®, SkinPen microneedling, Aquaboost hydrafacial, facials, chemical peels, laser resurfacing, photorejuvenation, premium grade skin care products and more. Skin cancer treatment will also be a major focus of the Champaign-Urbana office. As a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon through the American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS), Dr. Youse uses Mohs surgery to treat and eliminate skin cancer. While completing his three-year residency and Mohs surgery fellowship at Mayo Clinic, Dr. Youse had the opportunity to work with and learn from leading dermatologists and Mohs surgeons. There, he performed over 1,000 Mohs surgeries in one of the largest Mohs surgery departments in the country.
Dr. Youse is a board-certified dermatologist, fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Youse graduated summa cum laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine in Columbia, MO. He also earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and graduated as class valedictorian from Truman State University in Kirksville, MO.
