VitalSkin recently continued its growth in the St. Louis metro area with the affiliation of Elsa Gutierrez, MD and her team at DERMCARE in Des Peres, MO.
With this affiliation, the practice will rebrand to VitalSkin Dermatology – Des Peres. Dr. Gutierrez and her team will have the opportunity to add more services and technology, as well as gain administrative support which allows for more focus on patient care. In addition, in November, Dr. Gutierrez and her team will move to a brand new, state-of-the-art practice located at 1000 Des Peres Rd., Suite 200 in Des Peres.
Dr. Gutierrez has provided skin care in the St. Louis community for over 30 years. Her team treats a wide variety of medical skin issues and offers cosmetic services such as Botox®, Juvéderm® and microdermabrasion. Dr. Gutierrez is board-certified in dermatology and internal medicine. She is a graduate of Washington University and the University of Puerto Rico’s School of Medicine. She is also a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Medical Association, Missouri Medical Association and Missouri Dermatology Association.
Established in 2019, VitalSkin was designed with dermatologists at the center – aligning with their goals, supporting their needs and creating personalized plans to help them develop their practice and provide exceptional patient care. VitalSkin is led by Todd Petersen, Jeremy Youse, MD, chief medical officer, and a full leadership team. The entire leadership team is experienced and well-versed in leading physician practice management organizations.
